How did you interpret this one -- out-of-state public institutions are not specifically mentioned except in the earlier paragraphs where it states that the "DAA requires all [provate or public institution (sic) to hold accreditation by an accrediting agency.....". We don't fit under BPOS -- private for profit post secondary institutions or DAA 4 categories.
